Deeply rooted in our local area we value and cultivate the potential of our gastronomic treasury. Situated between Lillebaelt and the woods of Hannerup – and with the vigorous fields of Himmerigskov just a few kilometers away – the treasury of nature is infinite. We are supplied with herbs and vegetables from forest, beach and field. It is our jord – and it will always be naturally included in the gastronomy of Ti Trin Ned. Every single day we keep focus on our vision which was born in 2001 when we fell in love with the beautiful, old buildings in Norgesgade: To create a completely new gastronomic experience in Fredericia and share a beautiful dining experience for all senses – full of details and with a wish for recognition and surprises.

With a humble approach to our profession we strive for the characteristic and for perfection, simplicity and nuances.
